My PDF has a watermark / My link does not open
Find the row that matches what you see.
Most problems are solved by copying and sending a new link, or downloading again from Story View on a computer.

| My PDF has "Chronospect" printed diagonally | That is the free-plan watermark (on pages after the cover). Paid plans can download "PDF (Premium)" with no watermark. |
| I do not see the Export button | It only appears in Story View on a computer, and only for your own books. It is not in Read book on a phone or on shared books. |
| The PDF takes a long time | With many photos it takes a few minutes. Do not close the window until the "Creating PDF file" message is gone. Try a regular PDF first. |
| I cannot find the file | It is saved in your browser's Downloads folder as "BookTitle_web_date.pdf". |

| The recipient sees a message that the share link cannot be opened | You may have deleted or deactivated the link. Check in Story View → Share → the Manage Links tab, then click Copy Link again in the Share tab and send the new link. |
| It asks for a password | The link has a password. Enter the password the sender gave you, and it will not ask again for 12 hours. |
| I want to stop the link | In the Manage Links tab, click Deactivate (for now) or Delete (for good). To make the whole book visible only to you again, change the visibility to Private. |
