A. Memoir — Organize your life with Classic Chronicle
Good for: anyone who wants to look back on their life from the beginning, step by step, or who does not know where to start. Classic Chronicle places one question for each stage of life, from birth to after retirement. Answer the questions and you will have a memoir.
When finished: a book with a cover, stories for each stage and a life graph that you can page through in Story View and give to your family as a PDF or link.
What you need
- An account with your date of birth
- A few photos for each stage of life (optional)
1. The questions you get

Birth and childhood → elementary school → middle and high school → around age twenty → first job → meeting someone and marriage → family → the fruits of a life → words to leave behind → hobbies and travel → the mature years. These 11 flags are placed in the years that match your age.
2. Steps
- In the new book window, leave the main character as "Myself", choose Classic Chronicle and start — Make your first book
- On the timeline, open the easiest flag first and write your answer. One photo and three lines are enough — Write in the story window
- Be sure to choose an emotion and importance (stars). They shape your life curve on the Timegraph and the frame sizes in the gallery — Timeline and Timegraph
- Add things that are not in the flags freely with Add New Story. As long as the date is right, it slots into place.
- Read it from the start in Story View and find what to fix — Story View and Read book
- Download it as a PDF or send a link to your family — Download a print-ready PDF, Share your book with a link
TipOne flag a day gives you a draft within two weeks. Do not try to write it perfectly at first. Write down what comes to mind and polish it later.
3. Common questions
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| What about flags for ages I have not reached? | Flags like "the mature years" go in future years. Write down your hopes for now, or delete them if you do not need them. |
| Can I change a flag's title? | Yes. Just change the title to your own words in the story window. |
| How much is free? | Up to 20 stories per book are free. That is 11 flags plus 9 stories of your own. |
